Dr. Blase Pignotti For more than 30 years, Dr. Blase Pignotti has served as one of the leading obstetrician/gynecologists in the St. Louis. area. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and renowned for the breadth of his expertise, stretching from primary care matters to some of the most difficult surgical procedures, including robotics. Crucially, Dr. Pignotti has been an independent physician, which has allowed him to maintain complete control over the access he has to patients and the care he can provide for them. Dr. Pignotti takes great pride in being there for his patients whether that means delivering their babies, performing routine check-ups, handling emergency procedures or providing cosmetic services. Now with his daughter, they will be even more available to you, our patients. A native of Chicago, Dr. Pignotti has five children and a wonderful wife.
